Romania - lowest decrease of new industrial orders in EU

Romania registered in February, compared to the same level of the previous year, the lowest decrease rhythm in the number of new industrial orders in the EU, respectively of 15.9 per cent, Eurostat showed. The number of new industrial orders decreased in all the 19 states included in the Eurostat report. Romania topped the chart of the lowest decreases, followed by Poland (-17 per cent) and France (-24.3 per cent). The highest declines were registered by Holland (-40.2 per cent), Germany (-39.4 per cent) and Denmark (-38.6 per cent). The number of new orders for basic goods decreased by 37.7 per cent and the number of new orders for long-term consumer goods decreased by 24.7 per cent.
