A new head of Corporate Services

Alpha Management is pleased to announce that Tony Wilson is joining us as Head of Corporate Services. Tony has more than 25 years experience in business development in the corporate finance and private equity environments, He has been involved in product commercialization projects, working as advisor, manager and proprietor in the UK, continental Europe, the US and Pacific area. He has been active in the Czech Republic for 10 years and lives in Prague.
He will be responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestments and Strategic Partnerships, and also for capital and corporate re-structuring including deal sourcing and negotiation.
In particular, Tony’s track record extends to building up international sales networks and hands-on assistance to client companies. As Head of Corporate Services at Alpha, he develops further our capability to assist clients with strategic partnerships, divestments, M&As, joint ventures and cross-border deals in Central and Eastern European markets.
