Biggest development projects starting

Recently, most of the biggest residential development projects in Bratislava have started. These include Eurovea, Residence, Three Towers or River Park. All of these start getting to the phase of realization and their constructions will be built up soon. Construction of these massive projects arises doubts on market adsorbing them, but most recent studies show, that economy growth, stable employment and growing wealthiness of Slovak citizens proved worries wrong and the courageous projects right. Seems like economy growth overreaches the offer and developers mostly lack capacities in constructions.
Domestic developers got a strong support from abroad, along with financial institutions in current boom of purchasing development projects in Slovakia.
