Alpha to hold One Page Strategy seminar in Prague

Alpha has been concerned for some time that the strength of the Czech Crown, weakness in Western European markets and increasing local staff and worker costs has eroded profit margins of subsidiary companies with Western parents. Recent ‘credit crunch’ problems have exacerbated this problem with companies having to ask searching questions about their future direction.
In response to this, Alpha is holding a half day seminar on November 12th in Prague to introduce a ‘One Page Strategy’ process. This will enable company Directors to update their own strategies by following the proven process.
Rodney Yeadon, MD of Alpha Management Consultants s.r.o. has arranged speakers from the UK and Czech Republic who have completed more than 50 strategy projects in Europe.
