Alpha Management Joins International Alliance

ALPHA MANAGEMENT JOINS INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE
TO EXPAND GLOBAL CAPABILITIES
PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, 9th MAY 2006 – Alpha Management Consultants s.r.o., a leading business consulting and market analysis firm based in Prague, announced today that it has joined the Kline KnowledgeNet Alliance, an international network of firms designed to expand the global capabilities of each affiliate and allow each to better serve their clients’ needs.
The KnowledgeNet Alliance, which was developed by Kline & Company Inc, a U.S.-based international management consulting and market research firm in Little Falls, NJ, provides access to global market opportunities for the affiliate members, which previously focused their energies primarily within their own borders. Three other European affiliates have joined the Alliance, including PMR Consulting in Krakow, Poland, G&P Consulting in Bucharest, Romania, and Foreign Market Consluting in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Alliance expands Alpha Management’s research and analysis capabilities on a global scale, through access to the worldwide network of affiliates, including Kline’s offices in key strategic regions throughout the world, including Brussels, Shanghai, Tokyo and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Through the Alliance, Kline will gain enhanced research and consulting support in the region, through collaboration with experienced consultants in each country.

Each of the alliance members will mutually benefit from the exchange of ideas and techniques among affiliates and the opportunity for growth through cross promotion and marketing efforts. Tarantola says additional firms in the region are expected to be invited into the Alliance in the near future.
