In 2004, Alpha was commissioned by CzechInvest to identify suppliers in the Czech Republic capable of manufacturing a range of precision engineered components for Thales optical head-up display systems.
Alpha undertook the following scope of work
Identification and short-listing suppliers against a range of technical criteria
Preparation of supplier pre-qualification questionnaire
Collection of supplier pre-qualification data including
company financial data
staffing headcount and skills
production equipment and processes
quality, engineering and logistics capabilities
Ranking of short-listed suppliers against supply requirements
Alpha presented a full report, including all company contact information and recommendations for follow up, within 30 days of the initial commission.
