Alpha Management was set up in 1994 to satisfy demands from Western companies eager to discover and exploit business opportunities in Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic and Slovakia).  In parallel, Alpha offered services to local businesses that were hungry for new products and markets, technology, Western management expertise and finance.

Based in Prague, Alpha has always concentrated on practical solutions and delivered results. Its staff members, expatriate and local, have long business experience, technical and management qualifications and, above all, a track record of personal success.

Over the years, Alpha has carried out successful projects for clients in many sectors and from many countries. We have a considerable understanding of Western business practices and imperatives and we have on the ground knowledge of practicalities in Central and Eastern Europe. This is a unique combination that has served our clients well, time and time again.
